![]() #people #linkedin #connections #personaldevelopment #linkedincreators It’s not all about what you can get from people, taking genuine interest in the people you admire and what they do is the best route to connecting with them on a more personal level because they always notice the genuine ones, trust me. Meanwhile, as much as Linkedin is a platform to learn, grow, connect with likeminded people, connect with industry experts, land your potential job, LinkedIn is also a platform to make friends. How do I know all these? Have been there□ So, if you are not ready to learn from their baby steps, don’t you dare get obsessed with their outcomes. Change your ways, learn! These wins did not happen overnight, it was a process. It’s funny that when people are celebrating their wins, they get thousands of likes but when they post other valuable contents (you know, trying to cut you some soap), the engagement on the post is always lower. Lastly, let me emphasize that Linkedin is a platform to learn and grow. You do not have to post your own content to be an active member on Linkedin engage other people’s content, repost their contents, comment on other’s post, read articles on Linkedin and when you become comfortable with the idea of posting your own content, post! There is also a misconception that being “active” on Linkedin means “posting” contents on LinkedIn. The interesting part is that it is easier to make friends with people that in their “transition” period just like you you can learn and grow together. But LinkedIn is a platform to learn, engage on contents based on value, not number of likes because that post with 50likes may not necessarily lack value, it could be that this person is just starting out on Linkedin just like you. So, irrespective of what they post, their followers will engage. I mean, I get it the number of likes could signal that the content of the post is valuable, but it might also be that this person has a large pool of followers already. ![]() Some of y’all are so funny, you engage people’s content based on the number of likes a post has. Bruh, you are in competition with yourself, just say your congratulations and move on, and if you feel it’s not necessary, just move to the next post, it’s not a competition. Then, you start to feel bad because you can’t think of anything unique, then you think “LinkedIn is intimidating”. Someone is celebrating a win and they've gotten like 1000 “congratulations” already and here you are thinking of the "right comment" that will surpass everyone’s comment. Stop approaching the comment section like it’s a war zone. to 7 p.m.Well, Linkedin will continue to intimidate you until you change your ways. ![]() For further information, please call CareLink Patient Services at 1-80 (7 a.m.
